المبدأ العام
استخدم الخدمة فقط بصورة قانونية ومسؤولة وبما يتفق مع حقوق الآخرين. أنت مسؤول عن تعليماتك ومحتواك والمخرجات التي تختار استخدامها أو نشرها، حتى عند التشغيل الآلي عبر API.
أنشطة غير قانونية أو ضارة
يحظر استخدام الخدمة لتسهيل جريمة، أو احتيال وانتحال وخداع مالي، أو تهديد أو ابتزاز أو تحرش، أو استغلال جنسي، أو أي محتوى يستغل الأطفال أو يعرّضهم للخطر، أو شراء سلع محظورة، أو تقديم إرشادات تشغيلية هدفها إحداث ضرر جسدي خطير.
الأمن السيبراني والخصوصية
يحظر إنشاء أو نشر برمجيات خبيثة، أو التصيد وسرقة بيانات الدخول، أو الوصول إلى نظام أو حساب دون تصريح، أو تجاوز الحماية وسرقة البيانات، أو تعطيل الخدمات. يمكن إجراء التعلم والاختبار الأمني الدفاعي فقط على أنظمة تملكها أو لديك إذن صريح لاختبارها، وبنطاق لا يضر بالآخرين. لا تجمع بيانات شخصية حساسة أو تعرّف الأشخاص أو تراقبهم دون أساس قانوني وموافقة لازمة.
حقوق الآخرين والمحتوى
لا ترفع أو تولد أو توزع ما ينتهك الملكية الفكرية أو الخصوصية أو حق الصورة، ولا تنتحل شخصية شخص أو جهة بطريقة مضللة. يحظر المحتوى الجنسي غير الرضائي، والتزييف العميق الضار، وخطاب الكراهية أو التحريض على العنف ضد فئة محمية.
النزاهة في المجالات عالية المخاطر
لا تستخدم المخرجات لاتخاذ قرار نهائي آلي بشأن توظيف أو ائتمان أو إسكان أو تأمين أو تعليم أو رعاية صحية أو حقوق قانونية لشخص من دون مراجعة بشرية مؤهلة وضمانات يفرضها القانون. لا تقدم المخرجات على أنها يقين طبي أو قانوني أو مالي.
سلامة المنصة
لا تتحايل على حدود الخطة أو الحظر أو وسائل الحماية؛ لا تنشئ حسابات مجانية مكررة للحصول على حصص إضافية؛ لا تشارك مفاتيح API علناً؛ لا تجري كشطاً أو حملاً آلياً يعرقل الخدمة؛ ولا تفحص البنية التحتية للمنصة أو تستغل ثغرة. أبلغ عن مشكلة أمنية بصورة مسؤولة عبر التواصل.
التنفيذ والمراجعة
قد تشمل الاستجابة إزالة المحتوى أو الحد من ميزة أو تدوير مفتاح API أو تعليق الحساب أو إنهاءه أو إبلاغ الجهات المختصة عند وجود التزام أو خطر وشيك. ننظر إلى السياق والنية والنطاق والتكرار والضرر. إذا اعتقدت أن إجراءً اتُخذ بالخطأ، قدّم طلب مراجعة عبر صفحة التواصل مع تفاصيل الحساب والواقعة.
التحديثات
قد نحدّث السياسة لمواجهة مخاطر جديدة أو متطلبات قانونية. تسري النسخة المنشورة بتاريخ النفاذ أعلاه، ويُقدّم إشعار إضافي عن التغييرات الجوهرية عندما يكون ذلك مناسباً.
Acceptable Use Policy

General principle
Use the service only lawfully and responsibly and with respect for others' rights. You are responsible for prompts, content, and outputs you choose to use or publish, including when operating through the API.
Illegal or harmful activity
You may not use the service to facilitate crime; fraud, impersonation, or financial deception; threats, extortion, or harassment; sexual exploitation; content that exploits or endangers children; acquisition of prohibited goods; or operational instructions whose purpose is serious physical harm.
Cybersecurity and privacy
Do not create or deploy malware, phish or steal credentials, access a system or account without authorization, bypass protection to steal data, or disrupt services. Defensive security learning and testing is allowed only on systems you own or have explicit permission to test and within a scope that does not harm others. Do not collect sensitive personal data or identify or monitor people without a lawful basis and required consent.
Rights of others and content
Do not upload, generate, or distribute material that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and do not deceptively impersonate a person or organization. Non-consensual sexual content, harmful deepfakes, and hate or incitement to violence against a protected group are prohibited.
High-impact integrity
Do not use outputs as the sole final automated basis for employment, credit, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, or legal-rights decisions about a person without qualified human review and legally required safeguards. Do not present outputs as certain medical, legal, or financial advice.
Platform integrity
Do not evade plan limits, bans, or safeguards; create duplicate Free accounts to obtain extra allowance; expose API keys; scrape or automate load that disrupts the service; or probe or exploit platform infrastructure. Report a security issue responsibly through contact.
Enforcement and review
Responses may include removing content, limiting a feature, rotating an API key, suspending or terminating an account, or notifying authorities when legally required or when there is imminent risk. Context, intent, scale, repetition, and harm are considered. If you believe action was mistaken, request review through the contact page with account and incident details.
Updates
This policy may change to address new risks or legal requirements. The version posted with the effective date above applies, and additional notice of material changes will be provided when appropriate.
