المسؤول والنطاق

مشغّل WormGPT.app هو المسؤول عن معالجة البيانات الموضحة هنا. تنطبق هذه السياسة على الخدمات التي تحمل نطاق wormgpt.app، ولا تغطي مواقع الأطراف الأخرى التي تصل إليها عبر روابط خارجية. للاستفسار أو ممارسة حق متعلق بالخصوصية، استخدم صفحة التواصل.

البيانات التي قد نجمعها

• الحساب: الاسم أو اسم العرض، البريد الإلكتروني، معرّفات تسجيل الدخول، حالة الخطة، وإعدادات الحساب. لا نخزّن كلمة المرور بصورتها المقروءة.
• المحتوى: الرسائل والتعليمات والمخرجات والملفات والصور التي تختار رفعها، وسجل المحادثات إذا كانت ميزة الحفظ مفعلة.
• الدفع: حالة المعاملة، الخطة، القيمة، ومعرّف العملية. يعالج مزوّد الدفع بيانات وسيلة الدفع؛ لا يفترض أن يحتفظ WormGPT.app بكامل أرقام البطاقات.
• الدعم: رسائلك والمرفقات ومعلومات حل المشكلة.
• تقنية وأمنية: عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح والجهاز، الطوابع الزمنية، سجلات الأخطاء والاستخدام، ملفات الجلسة، وبصمة جهاز أحادية الاتجاه أو معرّف مشابه عند الحاجة لمنع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام.
• الدعوات والمكافآت: كود الدعوة، النقرات المنسوبة، معرّفات الحسابات الداعية والمدعوة، حالة التفعيل والنشاط والاشتراك، دفتر نقاط الاستخدام وتواريخ انتهائها، وإشارات منع الإحالة الذاتية أو المكررة. لا نعرض البريد الكامل للمدعوين لصاحب الدعوة.

لماذا نستخدم البيانات

نستخدم البيانات لتقديم الخدمة وتشغيل الحساب؛ إرسال الطلبات إلى النموذج أو الأداة المختارة؛ تفعيل الخطط ومعالجة المدفوعات؛ تشغيل برنامج الدعوات ونسب الإحالات ومنح أو تعليق أو إلغاء نقاط الاستخدام؛ حفظ الإعدادات واللغة؛ منع الاحتيال والحسابات المكررة وإساءة الاستخدام؛ حماية المستخدمين والمنصة؛ تشخيص الأعطال وتحسين الأداء؛ الرد على الدعم؛ والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية السارية.

أساس المعالجة

بحسب مكانك وطبيعة الاستخدام، قد نعتمد على تنفيذ عقد الخدمة، موافقتك، المصالح المشروعة في تشغيل المنصة وتأمينها، أو الامتثال لالتزام قانوني. يمكنك سحب الموافقة التي تعتمد عليها معالجة مستقبلية، من دون التأثير في المعالجة السابقة أو المعالجة اللازمة لسبب آخر مشروع.

مشاركة البيانات ومزوّدو النماذج

قد نشارك القدر اللازم مع مزوّدي الاستضافة والبنية التحتية والنماذج والذكاء الاصطناعي والدفع ومكافحة الاحتيال والدعم. قد تُرسل تعليماتك ومرفقاتك إلى مزوّد النموذج أو الأداة اللازمة لتنفيذ طلبك. وقد نفصح عن معلومات إذا تطلب القانون ذلك، أو لحماية الحقوق والسلامة، أو في إطار نقل مشروع للخدمة مع استمرار الضمانات المناسبة. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية مقابل المال.

الاحتفاظ والحذف

نحتفظ بالبيانات طوال مدة الحاجة لتقديم الخدمة، وحماية الحساب، وحل النزاعات، وتطبيق الاتفاقات، والوفاء بالالتزامات. تختلف المدة حسب نوع البيانات. قد تبقى نسخ محدودة مؤقتاً في النسخ الاحتياطية أو سجلات الأمان بعد طلب الحذف، ثم تُحذف أو تُعزل وفق دورة الاحتفاظ الفنية.

النقل الدولي

قد توجد الخوادم ومزوّدو الخدمة في دول مختلفة عن دولتك. عند نقل البيانات دولياً، نستخدم ضمانات مناسبة حيث يفرض القانون ذلك، مع مراعاة طبيعة الخدمة والمزوّد.

خياراتك وحقوقك

وفق القانون الساري، قد تتمكن من طلب الوصول أو التصحيح أو الحذف أو التقييد أو الاعتراض أو نسخة قابلة للنقل، أو تقديم شكوى إلى جهة رقابية. أرسل الطلب عبر صفحة التواصل. قد نطلب التحقق من الهوية والحساب، وقد نرفض أو نحد طلباً إذا أجاز القانون ذلك أو تعارض مع حقوق الآخرين أو أمن الخدمة.

الأطفال

الخدمة غير موجهة لمن هم دون 18 عاماً. لا ينبغي للقاصر استخدامها إلا إذا سمح قانون بلده بذلك وتوفرت موافقة ولي الأمر حيث تكون مطلوبة. إذا اعتقدت أن بيانات طفل جُمعت على نحو غير مناسب، فتواصل معنا.

الأمان والتغييرات

نستخدم تدابير تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة، لكن لا توجد خدمة متصلة بالإنترنت مضمونة الأمان بالكامل. سننشر التعديلات الجوهرية هنا ونحدّث تاريخ النفاذ، وقد نعرض إشعاراً إضافياً عند الحاجة.

Controller and scope

The operator of WormGPT.app is responsible for the processing described here. This policy applies to services under wormgpt.app and not to third-party sites reached through external links. For a privacy question or rights request, use the contact page.

Information we may collect

• Account: name or display name, email address, sign-in identifiers, plan status, and settings. We do not store a password in readable form.
• Content: prompts, messages, outputs, files, and images you choose to submit, plus chat history when saving is enabled.
• Payments: transaction status, plan, amount, and transaction identifier. A payment provider processes payment-method details; WormGPT.app is not intended to retain complete card numbers.
• Support: messages, attachments, and troubleshooting information.
• Technical and security: IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, error and usage logs, session data, and a one-way device fingerprint or similar identifier where needed to prevent fraud and abuse.
• Invites and rewards: referral code, attributed clicks, inviter and invitee account identifiers, verification, activity and subscription status, usage-point ledger and expiry, and signals used to prevent self-referral or duplicate rewards. An inviter is not shown an invitee’s full email address.

How we use information

We use information to provide the service and operate accounts; send requests to the selected model or tool; activate plans and process payments; operate the referral program, attribute invites, and grant, hold, or reverse usage points; remember settings and language; prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, and abuse; protect users and the platform; diagnose faults and improve performance; respond to support; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Processing grounds

Depending on your location and use, processing may rely on performing the service contract, your consent, legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, or compliance with law. You may withdraw consent for future processing that relies on it without affecting prior processing or processing supported by another valid ground.

Sharing and model providers

We may share what is necessary with hosting, infrastructure, AI model, payment, anti-fraud, and support providers. Your prompts and attachments may be sent to the provider of the model or tool needed to fulfill the request. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in a legitimate transfer of the service subject to continuing safeguards. We do not sell personal data for money.

Retention and deletion

We retain information as needed to provide the service, secure accounts, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet obligations. Periods vary by data type. Limited copies may remain temporarily in backups or security logs after deletion is requested and are then removed or isolated under the technical retention cycle.

International transfers

Servers and providers may be located outside your country. Where law requires it, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers, taking account of the service and provider involved.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy, and may complain to a regulator. Submit a request through the contact page. We may verify your identity and account and may limit a request where permitted by law or needed to protect others and the service.

Children

The service is not directed to anyone under 18. A minor should use it only when local law permits and required guardian consent has been obtained. Contact us if you believe a child's information was collected improperly.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but no online service can guarantee complete security. Material revisions will be posted here with a new effective date, and an additional notice may be provided when appropriate.
