الأهلية والقبول

يجب أن يكون عمرك 18 عاماً على الأقل، أو أن تكون مؤهلاً قانوناً في بلدك مع موافقة ولي الأمر المطلوبة. إذا استخدمت الخدمة لصالح جهة، فأنت تؤكد صلاحيتك لإلزامها. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم الخدمة.

الحساب والأمان

قد تحتاج إلى حساب. قدم معلومات صحيحة، واحمِ بيانات الدخول، ولا تشارك الحساب بطريقة تخالف خطتك. أنت مسؤول عن النشاط الذي يتم عبر حسابك ما لم تبلغنا فوراً عن وصول غير مصرح. قد نطبق وسائل معقولة لمنع الاحتيال وتكرار الحسابات المجانية؛ لا يعتمد القرار على عنوان IP وحده.

الخدمة والخطط

توفر المنصة أدوات محادثة وصور وملفات وبحث وميزات مطور بحسب الخطة والمنطقة والتوافر. قد تتغير النماذج والحدود والميزات لتحسين الجودة أو الأمان أو الامتثال. سنحاول تقديم إشعار معقول عن التغييرات الجوهرية المدفوعة. لا نضمن استمرار نموذج خارجي بعينه أو نتيجة محددة.

برنامج الدعوات: نقاط الدعوات رصيد استخدام ترويجي، وليست نقوداً ولا قابلة للبيع أو التحويل أو السحب. لا تفتح النقاط نموذجاً خارج صلاحيات الخطة. تصبح الدعوة مؤهلة فقط بعد استيفاء شروط التفعيل والنشاط المنشورة، وقد تُعلّق مكافأة الدفع خلال مدة الحماية من الاسترداد. تنتهي النقاط بعد 90 يوماً من إتاحتها ويطبق حد المكافآت المجانية الشهري الظاهر في الحساب. يجوز حجب أو عكس المكافآت الناتجة عن إحالة ذاتية أو حساب مكرر أو دفع مسترد أو نزاع أو تلاعب، مع عدم الاعتماد على IP وحده للحكم على التكرار.

الرسوم والتفعيل

تظهر الأسعار والعملة والمدة وما إذا كان الدفع متكرراً أو لمرة واحدة قبل الإتمام. أنت مسؤول عن الضرائب أو الرسوم التي يفرضها مزودك حيث تنطبق. لا تعتبر الخطة مفعلة حتى يؤكد النظام أو الدعم نجاح الدفع. تخضع طلبات الاسترداد لـسياسة الاسترداد.

محتواك ومخرجات الذكاء الاصطناعي

تحتفظ بحقوقك في المحتوى الذي ترسله. تمنح المشغّل ومزوّدي الخدمة ترخيصاً محدوداً لمعالجته فقط لتقديم الخدمة وتأمينها وتحسينها وفق سياسة الخصوصية. أنت مسؤول عن امتلاك الحقوق والأذونات اللازمة. قد تكون المخرجات غير دقيقة أو غير فريدة أو مشابهة لمخرجات مستخدم آخر؛ راجعها قبل الاعتماد عليها، ولا تستخدمها بديلاً عن نصيحة مهنية مؤهلة في المسائل عالية المخاطر.

الاستخدام المقبول

يجب اتباع سياسة الاستخدام المقبول. لا يجوز استخدام المنصة لانتهاك القانون أو حقوق الآخرين، أو تجاوز الحدود، أو إتلاف الخدمة، أو الوصول غير المصرح، أو إرسال دعوات غير مرغوبة أو مضللة، أو إنشاء إحالات ذاتية أو حسابات وهمية للحصول على مكافآت. كلمة «بلا قيود» في أي محتوى تسويقي لا تلغي هذه الالتزامات القانونية والأمنية.

واجهة API والتكاملات

حافظ على سرية مفاتيح API ولا تضعها في كود عام. أنت مسؤول عن طلبات تطبيقك ومستخدميه وعن تطبيق الحدود والسياسات عليهم. يجوز لنا تدوير مفتاح مخترق أو تعطيله، وتطبيق حدود سرعة عادلة، وإجراء تغييرات لازمة للأمان أو التوافق.

الملكية الفكرية

تظل المنصة والبرمجيات والتصميم والعلامات، باستثناء محتوى المستخدم والمواد المرخصة من الغير، مملوكة للمشغّل أو أصحابها. تمنحك الشروط إذناً محدوداً وغير حصري وقابلاً للإلغاء لاستخدام الخدمة وفق خطتك، ولا تمنحك ملكية المنصة أو العلامة.

التعليق والإنهاء

يجوز تقييد الحساب أو تعليقه أو إنهاؤه عند خرق هذه الشروط أو السياسة، أو وجود خطر أمني أو احتيال، أو التزام قانوني، أو خطر على الآخرين أو الخدمة. نحاول إعطاء إشعار ووسيلة مراجعة عندما يكون ذلك مناسباً وآمناً. يمكنك التوقف عن الاستخدام وطلب إغلاق الحساب عبر التواصل.

إخلاء المسؤولية

تُقدّم الخدمة والمخرجات «كما هي» و«حسب التوافر» إلى الحد الذي يسمح به القانون. لا نضمن الدقة أو الملاءمة لغرض معين أو عدم الانقطاع. تتحمل مسؤولية التحقق من المخرجات والنسخ الاحتياطي لبياناتك واتخاذ احتياطات مناسبة.

حدود المسؤولية

إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، لا يكون المشغّل مسؤولاً عن أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، أو فقد الأرباح أو البيانات أو السمعة الناتج عن استخدام الخدمة. لا تستبعد هذه الشروط مسؤولية لا يجوز استبعادها قانوناً، ولا تنتقص من حقوق المستهلك الإلزامية.

القانون والتغييرات والتواصل

تطبق القواعد الإلزامية وحقوق المستهلك في مكانك حيث تفرض نفسها، ولا تعيّن هذه الصفحة اختصاصاً قضائياً لم يُعلن عنه. قد نحدّث الشروط مع تاريخ نفاذ جديد؛ استمرار الاستخدام بعد الإشعار يعني قبول النسخة المحدثة حيث يسمح القانون. للأسئلة استخدم صفحة التواصل.

Eligibility and acceptance

You must be at least 18, or otherwise legally eligible in your country with required guardian consent. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm authority to bind it. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

Account and security

An account may be required. Provide accurate information, protect sign-in credentials, and do not share an account contrary to your plan. You are responsible for account activity unless you promptly report unauthorized access. Reasonable controls may prevent fraud and duplicate Free accounts; an IP address alone is not the sole basis for that decision.

Service and plans

The platform offers chat, image, file, research, and developer tools depending on plan, region, and availability. Models, limits, and features may change for quality, security, or compliance. We aim to give reasonable notice of material paid-service changes. Continued availability of a particular third-party model or a particular result is not guaranteed.

Referral program: Referral points are promotional usage credits, not cash, and cannot be sold, transferred, withdrawn, or used to unlock a model outside the account’s plan. An invite qualifies only after the published verification and activity conditions are met, and payment rewards may remain on hold during the refund-protection period. Points expire 90 days after release and the monthly free-reward cap shown in the account applies. Rewards arising from self-referral, duplicate or fake accounts, refunded or disputed payments, or manipulation may be withheld or reversed; IP address alone is not used to decide duplication.

Fees and activation

Price, currency, term, and whether a payment recurs or is one-time are shown before completion. You are responsible for applicable taxes or provider fees. A plan is not active until the system or support confirms successful payment. Refund requests are governed by the Refund Policy.

Your content and AI output

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant the operator and providers a limited license to process it only to provide, secure, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for necessary rights and permissions. Output may be inaccurate, non-unique, or similar to another user's output; review it before relying on it and do not treat it as qualified professional advice for high-risk matters.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use the platform to violate law or others' rights, evade limits, damage the service, gain unauthorized access, send unsolicited or misleading invitations, or create self-referrals or fake accounts to obtain rewards. “Unrestricted” language in marketing does not override legal and security obligations.

API and integrations

Keep API keys secret and never place them in public code. You are responsible for requests from your application and its users and for applying the policies and limits to them. We may rotate or disable a compromised key, apply fair rate limits, and make changes required for security or compatibility.

Intellectual property

The platform, software, design, and marks—excluding user content and third-party licensed materials—remain owned by the operator or their respective owners. These terms grant a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to use the service under your plan and do not transfer ownership of the platform or mark.

Suspension and termination

An account may be limited, suspended, or terminated for breach, security or fraud risk, legal obligation, or risk to others or the service. We aim to provide notice and a review path when appropriate and safe. You may stop using the service and request account closure through contact.

Disclaimers

The service and outputs are provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed. You are responsible for verifying outputs, backing up data, and taking suitable precautions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or loss of profits, data, or reputation arising from use. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded and do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Law, changes, and contact

Mandatory rules and consumer rights in your location apply where they must; this page does not invent an undisclosed governing jurisdiction. Terms may be updated with a new effective date. Continued use after notice means acceptance where law permits. For questions, use the contact page.
